As every setup is customized according to space, occasion and preferred style, we recommend confirming bookings at least 3-4 days in advance to allow proper planning and execution.
Payment Policy
Booking are confirmed only upon advance payment. The remaining balance is to be completed before or on the day of setup.
Decor/Rental Damage Policy
We kindly request clients to handle all decor elements and rental items with care during the event.
Any major damage, loss or staining of decor props, stands, fabrics, florals or styling elements may incur additional replacement charges depending on the item condition.

Creative Process
Every setup is thoughtfully designed according to the client's space, occasion and preference to some extent. While inspiration references may be considered, each setup is uniquely styled to maintain balance, aesthetics and overall visual harmony.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. In case of rescheduling, adjustments may be considered depending on date availability.
